CJ on same night lays

He really is the best guy I've seen at doing same night stuff, and this article is full of great advice.

    Hey Sinn,

    I am 21 and in college and really want to improve in this stuff. I'm wondering when you took your first workshop if you don't mind me asking. I live in Philadelphia and was thinking about the March workshop of this year.

    Any Help would be Great,

    This has nothing to do with the comment but I'm sure you mentioned at some point you were trying to put on alot of muscle and I was wondering what you ate for it as everyone seems to recommend something different. I got told sincerly by one guy that cottage cheese and butter works wonders, I'm sure he was having a laugh but he sounded so sincere...

    Sinn has been doing this for 6 years. The guy was still in High School when he took his first workshop.

    I have heard rumors that he had to secure a fake ID in order to get into the clubs on his BC but I cannot confirm that. I can't confirm that because he developed/perfected Day Game in college because he didn't have fake ID to go practice group theory at night.

    How big are you? The guy who told you to eat cottage cheese was telling you a fact if you are built like a squirrel (ie. Zero body fat, and can do 20 pullups or climb any wall at the gym).

    The reason he told you that is simply this... in order to effectively gain muscle you must be around 10% body fat. That is why you see body builder get fat and pudgy in the off season and six pack abs during a competition.

    Stick to meals that are high in carbs and protein. Chicken, Steak, Ground Beef, Fish, White Rice (simple carbs), Brown Rice (complex carbs), potatoes (complex), and wheat bread (complex). Don't eat too much bread. Bread converts to estrogen and if you eat too much of it you will get bitch tits.

    Eat the above 6-8 times a day. When you think you are full... eat until you throw up in your mouth a little. Then you know you are full. 4500 calories a day +or- should pack on the LBS if your workout is intense enough.

    LOL... What can I say? Sinn's a busy guy. Sometimes he doesn't answer all of his fan mail.

    I try not to ever over step my bounds but if I happen to know the answer to a question I will answer it. At least that way anonymous #1 and anonymous #2 aren't left wondering WTF.
