Where the girls are.
You have to go where the girls you want to meet are, whether it's certain parties, clubs, lounges, cafes, high-end supermarkets, even if they're not your favorite places.
I mention this because if you re-arrange your schedule to go to certain places certain days and times of the week, you can triple the number of hot girls you can approach. It might be more convenient, for your mood or whatever reason, to go out on a Tuesday night to a sports bar, but you might be better off going to a Target or Whole Foods at 6 PM or the gym or well it depends on your town.
